The BeingMore Fingerprint Diagnosis focuses on how leadership behaviours affect individual and team experiences. By interpreting the diagnosis together, we help Management set the direction and target of development and define the first actions to take.
Along the way, we focus on the development of the leader and the collaboration within the leadership team. The organizational and leadership development process is embedded into the business context. This results in better work experiences and improved business performance at the same time. We advance in cycles of 2-4 months with a focused execution methodology and an agile toolkit while tracking and measuring progress. We support our clients until the new skills and tools become their own, a part of their day-to-day routine.
